Product Intern

We're looking for a product intern to join our team and support day-to-day product operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career (or still in college) to get hands-on exposure to how a fast-moving tech product team actually works, from user research to product decisions to cross-functional collaboration.

This is a 3-month internship, with the possibility of extending into a permanent role based on performance and fit.

What you'll do

Support the product team with user interviews and research, helping bridge the gap between our users and the team

Help coordinate and facilitate user research sessions in Iraqi dialect for team members who don't speak Arabic

Assist in gathering, organizing, and summarizing user feedback for the product team

Support day-to-day product operations and coordination across teams

Participate in product discussions and contribute ideas as you learn the space

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree; students who haven't graduated yet are welcome to apply

Fluent in Iraqi Arabic dialect (must-have; this role involves direct communication with local users)

Comfortable speaking with people, asking questions, and facilitating conversations

Curious about product, tech, or how digital platforms are built

Organized, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines

English proficiency to communicate with our non-Iraqi team

Good to have

Any prior exposure to user research, customer interviews, or product work (even informal/academic)

Interest in the tech/startup space
