Technical Office Architect

Prepare and review architectural shop drawings.

Coordinate between design drawings and site execution.

Quantity take-offs when required.

Review drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Submit drawings for consultant approval and follow up on comments.

Revise drawings according to consultant/site feedback.

Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.

Assist in material submittals and technical documentation.

Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction companies.

Solid experience in Technical Office activities.

Very good command of AutoCAD .

Strong experience in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings .

Good understanding of construction details and coordination with site team.
