Technical Office Engineer.

We are looking for a Structural Technical Office Engineer to join our team for a Hotel Project in the New Administrative Capital .

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Structural Shop Drawings and Rebar Detailing .

Prepare and review Structural Shop Drawings

Prepare Rebar Shop Drawings & Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)

Rebar detailing for Foundations, Rafts, Columns, Shear Walls, Beams & Slabs

Review structural drawings and coordinate with Architectural & MEP Drawings

Prepare quantity take-offs for Reinforcement Steel & Concrete

Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies and clashes

Prepare and follow up technical submittals and consultant comments

Provide technical support to the site execution team

Coordinate with the Site Team, Consultant & Other Disciplines

Requirements: B.Sc . in Civil Engineering

Previous experience as a Structural Technical Office Engineer

Strong experience in Structural Shop Drawings, Rebar Detailing & BBS

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Previous experience in Hotel or Large-Scale Projects is preferred

Willing to work at the project site in the New Administrative Capital
