CYE is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to drive planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning through execution and delivery

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders

Track departmental OKRs to ensure alignment with company goals and strategic priorities

Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery—including sprint management, planning, and tracking

Drive effective communication and alignment across engineering, product, and business teams

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution

Lead technical projects to assist engineering teams with environment setup, coordinating legal, partnership, and logistical aspects as needed

Oversee procurement processes and vendor relationships, including invoice processing and cross-functional coordination as needed

You'll be a fit for this role if you 3 years of experience managing technical projects in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech environment

Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including cross-functional alignment

Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Technical proficiency, including the ability to engage with vendors, understand requirements, and set up technical environments for product testing
