Job Description & Requirements

Inspection engineer/Plant Inspector with API510, API 570,API 653 and API 580 Certificate for the Plant in service and shutdown inspection in Singapore. Must have a valid API 570, API 580, API 510 and API653 Certificate with NDT inspection experience.

1. Must have more than 5 years of work experience.
2. Must have previous work experience in Plant shutdown inspections. Must have good knowledge of NDT Methods.
3. Must have an inspection experience and strong knowledge in Exchanger, Reformers, Pressure vessels, Valves and Piping. Perform shutdown inspection of pressure vessel, piping including stage, and final inspection.
4. Must have Welding Inspection and NDT experience
5. Perform corrosion monitoring inspection and coordination with NDT team
6. Submit daily and weekly reports to the client on the inspection findings.
7. Must have valid API 570, API 653, API 510 & API 580 Certification.
8. Must have CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Certification.
9. Must have NDT Level 2 certificate in MT, PT, UT & RT.
10. Must have more than 5 years of work experience on site
11. Must have previous work experience in Plant shutdown and onstream inspection.
12. Preferably have knowledge of Risk Based Inspection
13. Must have an inspection experience in Exchanger, Pressure vessels and Piping.

Candidates who have work experience in Shell / Exxon Mobil plants are preferable.
