WHAT TO SEND

Your CV, LinkedIn page, plus a few lines on the kind of work you're looking for, where you're based, and whether you'd need visa sponsorship. No cover letter needed.

A couple of things worth being upfront about:

• Sales and delivery roles. We look for experience in crypto or enterprise B2B SaaS. Selling to and supporting institutional finance teams is a specific skill, and it's hard to pick up from scratch.

• Engineering roles. We work mostly in Rust, with some Node.js/TypeScript and Python. Previous Rust experience is helpful, but if you're coming from C or C++ that works well too.

For everything else, genuine interest in the space matters more than existing crypto experience.
