Delivery Driver Responsibilities As a Non CDL Delivery Driver and courier with Crews and Co. Logistics, you will deliver with purpose and represent our team in the communities we serve. Daily responsibilities include:
- Deliver 200 to 300 packages to residential and commercial locations each day
- Follow your navigated delivery route to ensure on-time package delivery
- Load and unload packages into your delivery vehicle at the start and end of each shift
- Scan and confirm packages at each stop to maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide professional, courteous service to customers at every door
- Get in and out of the delivery van repeatedly throughout the day - this is an active, physical role
- Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs
- Assist fellow drivers with route support calls when needed
- As a courier, you are responsible for the safe and timely handling of every package in your care
Qualifications
Delivery Driver Requirements We are looking for dependable, motivated Delivery Drivers - no CDL required. Here is what you will need to qualify:
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record (MVR will be reviewed - multiple violations may disqualify)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Must be available to receive work-related text communications from management
