What You Will Do

Connected/Alien labs Fleet Drivers play a crucial role in the distribution process by ensuring that products are securely and efficiently delivered to retail. This role involves collaborating with production teams to meet quality standards, maintain a streamlined packaging process, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Communicate with Distribution Manager regarding daily deliveries

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in the presence of customers

Confirm all orders that are packed on the delivery vehicle and accurately mark the departure/arrival times on shipping manifest

Complete necessary deliveries to internal and external dispensaries

Confirm order accuracy with customers and verify order is consistent with invoice; count the inventory with the Store Manager or Inventory Manager

Responsible for collecting accurate payments as needed. For external accounts, responsible for counting and verifying cash payments

Obtain signatures on shipping manifest before departure of facility to verify receipt of product

Pick up product from cultivation/manufacturing sites and bring back to the Distribution Center to count product prior to leaving the cultivation/manufacturer site, as well as count in the inventory with the Shipping/Receiving Associate during drop off

Create efficient driving routes

Responsible for maintenance of inventory and delivery vehicles

Collaborate and perform duties in production, sanitation, packaging and cultivation to assist in production of product.

What We Are Looking For

Must be 24+ years of age

Active FA card

High School Diploma or GED

Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail

Valid license with a clean driving record

Ability to be flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing business environment

Proven track record of being dependable, punctual, and showcase superb Time Management Skills

Calm under pressure

Compensation

The hourly pay rate for this position in the selected city is: $20.00.
