POSITION PURPOSE: The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing the Company’s sales activities to ensure sustainable revenue growth, expand the customer network, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners in the marine, electrical, and industrial sectors, in line with Van Der Leun Group’s strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in Electrical, Marine, or Industrial Sectors;
• Strong communication , negotiation, and customer management skills;
• Good command of English for business communication;
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
