• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.
• Good written and spoken English.
