Why You’ll Love This Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager of Revenue Strategy and Planning to be a critical leader in the next phase of Cribl’s growth. You will architect global strategies, lead complex business analyses, and drive high-impact programs that accelerate revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to operate as a force multiplier at a high-growth company, where your responsibilities will scale with your impact.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will:

  • Drive GTM strategy & optimization: Lead the evaluation and optimization of the GTM engine. Define overarching KPI frameworks, measure performance, and proactively identify opportunities to accelerate growth and mitigate risk.
  • Architect executive reporting: Own the GTM reporting ecosystem. Synthesize complex data into board-level narratives and high-impact insights that drive C-suite decision-making.
  • Support annual and long-range planning: Collaborate with GTM leaders, other team members and cross-functional partners on annual and long-range planning.
  • Leverage AI to optimize GTM operations: Apply AI tools and workflows to automate analysis, surface insights faster, and improve the efficiency of existing processes.
  • Champion Data Governance: Collaborate with the data & analytics team to improve architecture of revenue data and ensure data integrity.

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • 7-10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales finance, or management consulting, with significant experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence senior GTM leaders.
  • Advanced modeling and AI skills with experience building and scaling dynamic financial and operational models.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated: Bias for action and strong follow-through on multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS unit economics and how to scale efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and BI tools (e.g., Omni).
