What's in it for you?
Lead and shape your own department: Start from a clean slate – no backlog, no dysfunctional systems. Genuine autonomy: Design workflows and set quality standards your way. Supportive culture: Calm, non-chaotic environment with strong relationships across local agents and a hands-on, fair Principal who fully supports you. Competitive senior salary: £55,000–£70,000 depending on experience, plus an attractive performance-related bonus Long-term growth potential: Be a key leader as the department grows.

- Designing and improving workflows and templates
- Ensuring compliance and managing risk within the department
- Building positive relationships with estate agents and clients
- Recruiting and mentoring future support staff as the department grows
- Reporting directly to the Principal
