Architectural Coordinator (LTA MRT Project)

Your tasks

• Knowledge in construction method /sequence, materials specification, technical detailing.
• Coordinate with architect, structural and M&E designers to deconflict the clashes.
• Reviewing of shop drawings, managing of materials submission, mock-up, technical proposal and documentation.
• Quality control on site installation work, schedule and dealing with QPS, suppliers, architect in-charge and client representative.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the project with similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
• Experience in LTA MRT project is an advantage.
• Proficiency in modelling software such as AutoCAD, Revit and BIM tools.
