Senior Golang Engineer - Stockholm

As a Senior engineer, responsibility includes shaping the technical vision and architecture of platform domains with a strong focus on: Designing and evolving scalable, high-performance system in Go

Driving system design decisions that support both single-tenant and multi-tenant architectures at scale

Unifying and improving infrastructure and services to enable efficient scaling and reliability

Driving AI-assisted engineering practices, including agentic coding and tool creation

Partnering with Engineering and Product Managers to define the technical roadmap and future platform capabilities

What We’re Looking For. Proven experience designing, building and operating complex distributed systems

Strong expertise in Go and backend engineering best practices

Deep understanding of system design, scalability and performance optimization

Proven ability to incorporate AI coding tools into development workflows while maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering discipline.

Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain complex systems clearly

Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and quality

GraphQL experience is nice to have, but strong API design, backend fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly are more important
