7-11 Retail Assistant (Franchise Store)

Job Summary

Join our 7-Eleven store team as a full-time or part-time crew member, delivering excellent customer service, managing stock and store operations, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register accurately to process customer transactions
• Assist customers by answering purchase inquiries and providing product information
• Restock shelves regularly to ensure products are well displayed and available
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store to meet safety and hygiene standards
• Follow all store procedures and safety guidelines consistently
• Carry boxes of goods from receiving point to shelves with assistance to support stock management
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Adapt to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate friendly, honest, and responsible behavior in customer interactions and teamwork
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
