Development Engineer / Team Leader (Plastic Injection Molding)

Your tasks

• Responsible for product and process development related to plastic injection molding.
• Improve production efficiency and solve product-related problems.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to achieve departmental targets.
• Plan operations, monitor progress, and manage team performance.

Requirements

1. Thai Nationality
2. Age 33–43 years old
3. Male
4. Knowledge and experience in plastic injection molding.
5. Bachelor's Degree or High Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
6. 3–5 years of experience in the automotive plastic parts industry, with experience in Mold Injection, product process development, plastic injection skills, mold structure, and plastic mechanical properties.
7. Able to use Microsoft Office programs such as CAD 2D/3D Drawing, Plastic, Excel, and Word.
8. Knowledge of efficiency improvement and problem-solving for product issues, with good leadership skills.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Experience in operational planning to implement departmental goals into action and monitor progress.
11. Good coordination skills with relevant departments.
12. Good leadership skills with the ability to manage and effectively develop a team.
