Bread Baker

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake bread according to required standards.\ Measure and mix ingredients accurately. Monitor dough preparation, proofing, and baking processes. Ensure consistency in the quality and appearance of finished products. Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene within the bakery. Properly operate and care for baking equipment. Monitor ingredients and report shortages when necessary. Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum of O-Level qualification. Previous experience as a bread baker is required. Good knowledge of bread production and baking processes. Ability to mix, knead, proof, shape, and bake bread effectively. Good knowledge of proper measurements, ingredients, and baking techniques. Must be hardworking, neat, reliable, and responsible. Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. Ability to maintain a clean and organized baking environment. Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets. Must be physically fit and willing to work shift-based duties. Applicants residing in proximity to GRA Phase 2 will be given preference.
