Review project design, specifications, plan, schedule changes and recommend solutions. Conduct technical studies and prepare work estimations. Monitor work progress and coordinate activities. Handle project expenditures and administer contracts from contractors. Prepare project status reports. Prepare documentation and submit paperwork for authority’s approval.
