Your tasks

Lead daily team operations by assigning tasks, organizing schedules, training staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring workplace safety and compliance.

• Assign tasks and organize daily schedules to ensure timely completion of work without delays
• Train new hires and provide ongoing skill development to enhance team capabilities
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to maintain high productivity and quality
• Enforce all workplace safety standards to maintain a safe working environment
• Record attendance accurately and report team performance metrics to senior management
