Field Engineer (Technology Division)

-Manage and monitor factory production performance, including handling production abnormalities and implementing efficiency improvement initiatives to ensure production targets are achieved. -Oversee workforce management within the production workshop, including manpower planning, coordination, and personnel issue resolution to support smooth production operations. -Supervise and implement production safety programs, safety prevention measures, and incident management to maintain a safe working environment. -Lead and support digitalization and automation projects within the production workshop to ensure successful implementation and expected project outcomes. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and eliminating production waste, optimizing production processes, improving difficult operations, and enhancing production line layouts. -Analyze production quality issues, coordinate corrective actions, and follow up on improvement activities to ensure product quality standards are maintained. -Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related field. Good command of English; Chinese language proficiency will be an advantage. Good command of English; Chinese language proficiency will be an advantage. At least 3 years of experience in a Field Engineer or related manufacturing engineering role. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
