QC Supervisor

Supervise and manage QC Inspectors to ensure inspection activities are performed effectively and in accordance with quality requirements. Monitor incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspection activities to ensure product quality compliance. Coordinate and implement inspection plans, sampling plans, and quality control procedures according to customer and company requirements. Train, coach, and develop QC Inspectors and IPQC Operators on inspection methods, quality standards, and measurement equipment. Monitor quality performance, analyze inspection results, and report quality issues to relevant departments. Support investigation of quality issues, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Maintain and control inspection equipment, fixtures, gauges, and related quality tools to ensure readiness and accuracy. Support Measurement System Analysis (MSA), GR&R studies, and other quality validation activities. Prepare, review, and maintain quality documents, including Work Instructions (WI), inspection standards, check sheets, and quality records. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve process performance. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, RBA requirements, and company quality policies. Monitor housekeeping, 5S activities, and safety requirements within the QC area. Prepare quality reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Quality Management, or related fields. At least 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Inspection in a manufacturing environment. Experience in supervising QC Inspectors is preferred. Knowledge of Quality Control systems and inspection processes in the electronics or HDD industry. Familiar with SPC, MSA, GR&R, 7 QC Tools, and basic Root Cause Analysis. Able to read and understand engineering drawings and quality specifications. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
