Hub planing

1. Planning and calculation capabilities: Forecast cargo volume, calculate warehouse capacity, and design shift routes; able to independently output complete planning solutions.
2. Based on the province's cargo volume, customer distribution, and throughput of city-level outlets, formulate overall plans for the provincial warehouse network, distribution hubs, trunk routes, and shifts.
3. Calculate the warehouse capacity, peak handling capacity, and manpower and equipment configuration standards for each hub, and assess the feasibility of building/renovating distribution centers.
4. Able to accept occasional business trips within the province and on-site support during peak seasons; strong stress resistance.
5. Extremely strong overall planning, communication, and conflict resolution capabilities; able to coordinate and manage multiple distribution centers across the province.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related fields. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving last mile delivery and managing operations Attention to detail and good at analyzing numerical data
