QC Engineer

1. Manage quality throughout the product lifecycle of assigned Planetary Roller Screw or Miniature Ball Screw projects.

1. Control supplier quality, conduct audits, evaluate performance, and resolve incoming material issues.

1. Lead quality planning for new product development, trial production, and mass production; monitor key quality metrics and drive process improvements.

1. Handle customer quality issues, complaints, 8D reports, and support customer audits.

1. Maintain quality systems, MSA activities, and calibration compliance of inspection equipment.

1. Coordinate with Production, R&D, Laboratory, Purchasing, suppliers, customers, and headquarters; prepare quality reports.

1. Manage quality documentation, PPAP files, audit records, and ensure document compliance and traceability.

1. Conduct on-site quality inspections, promote 5S, and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.

1. Perform other quality-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications: Male, aged between 26–35 years old. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. At least 3 years of full-time experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive and CNC machining industries. Able to read drawings and proficient in GD&T Familiar with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certification and Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt will be an advantage. Good command of English communication skills.
