- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering.
- Experience in maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing operations within a factory environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven people leadership and team development capability.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP or CMMS experience is an advantage.
- Good command of English.
