This is the job The IT Business Analyst at Avenga serves as a pivotal link among the participants throughout the software development process from the very beginning to the end. They are the fundamental pillar on which the successful delivery of the project hinges. Do you demonstrate exceptional understanding of customer business needs and are you able to design a technical solution? Based on your experience, you can contribute to the projects focused more on business or IT analysis within the banking, telecommunications, or automotive sectors. In the future, we would be happy to support your advancement into the role of a Solution Architect.

This is you Required skills: Skillfully analyse both functional and non-functional requirements

Demonstrate expertise in process modelling

Proficiently formulate data and object structures, define integration interface

Showcase proficiency in UML/BPMN

Navigate with ease using Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Confluence

Experience with graphic tools such as Figma, Visio, Axure would be considered as an advantage

Knowledge of SQL and basics of any programming language will be useful

Understanding the ins and outs of the banking, telecommunications or automotive sector would be beneficial

Advocate for the proposed solution and cultivate a collaborative relationship with the client

You are proficient in Czech or Slovak and English at a communicative level

This is your role Take responsibility for gathering, analyzing and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders

Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders should be your second nature

Your tasks will include creating wireframes, process modelling and creating Use Case

Create technical specifications for the development team, including the design of the integration interface, will be essential

Engage in daily communication with Architects and the development team

Presenting your solution to the client will be an essential part of this role

Manage change management during the project

Provide the support during creating tests and testing will be included
