Your tasks

Complete accountability for all accounts, including setting and maintaining quality standards, building performance and maintaining the integrity of the account.

Responsible for hiring, mentoring, coaching, and performance management of direct reports.

Train, supervise and evaluate direct reports, including training and development to create and maintain a team that effectively accomplishes the company goals, objectives, and standards and follows the scope of work for each site.

Communicate with the customer on a regular basis to understand their needs and satisfaction.

Perform pricing and develop sales quotations for potential clients.

Respond and provide immediate support for after hour emergencies.

Rolling out new cleaning programs for new facilities.

Supervise and inspect daily cleaning activities and ensure conformance to specifications and standards.

Maintain all facilities and equipment to the highest standards.

Coordinate and maintain inventory of supplies to avoid disruption to services.

Prepare and submit reports on work activities and operations to the Regional Director on a regular basis.

Monitor and confront unsafe acts or situations.

Requirements

You must have a minimum 3 years Supervisor experience in cleaning/janitorial environment.

Able to provide 3 end-client references upon request.

You have a reliable vehicle and a valid license to get to the office (in Scarborough) - a company car may be available for customer visits.

You have a smartphone and are comfortable with emailing via smartphone.

Clean background check.

Managing/Supervising: 3 years (Required)

License: Ontario G Driver's (Required)
