Job Mission

As Team leader Outbound Large Pack, your first mission is to organize, inspire, develop and lead your team to ensure a high performance and cost efficient Logistics operation. To achieve this you will set priorities, delegate tasks, and develop your team. You will identify and resolve potential bottlenecks. The Large Pack team is responsible for packing the large materials coming out of the factory.
