System Analyst / ASC

• Gather, document and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design system solutions that align with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed system implementations.
• Collaborate with IT teams, developers and business units to ensure successful system deployment and integration.
• Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet established requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical documentation and system process flows for stakeholders and development teams.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of system-related issues and user concerns.
• Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to present findings and recommendations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a System Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including requirements gathering and data modelling. Experience with system design and architecture principles. Knowledge of telecommunications, banking, Insurance or IT infrastructure is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Experience with database design and SQL is preferred. Good command of English.
