• MBO+ or bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
• Previous experience in administration, planning, workforce management, HR, or logistics is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• A structured and analytical approach to your work
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly
• Good command of English
