FACILITIES M&E TECHNICIAN
FACILITIES / SHIFT M&E FACILITY TECHNICIAN
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and M&E systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and attend to breakdowns and maintenance requests.
- Monitor equipment and ensure all facilities are operating safely and efficiently.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance works and equipment status.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.
- Support daily facilities operations and respond to urgent maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Experience in Aircon, M&E, Electrical or Building Maintenance preferred.
- Able to perform troubleshooting and basic repair works.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and overtime when required.
- Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently.
