QA Engineer

We are looking for a Manual Tester with experience in software testing and hands-on exposure to Jira and Confluence . The successful candidate will support testing activities across the software development lifecycle and work closely with development, business and project teams to ensure quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
• Identify, document and track defects using Jira .
• Support test execution and issue management through Jira.
• Maintain test documentation and project-related information using Confluence .
• Report defects clearly with appropriate supporting information and follow up on their resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Collaborate with developers, business users and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve testing issues.
• Support end-to-end testing activities to ensure software meets quality and business requirements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Manual Software Testing .
• Experience in functional, regression, integration and UAT testing .
• Hands-on experience with Jira for defect tracking and issue management.
• Experience using Confluence for test documentation and project collaboration.
• Experience creating and executing test cases and test scenarios .
• Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) .
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to software quality.
