Senior Strategic Planning Executive, Strategic Planning

A Senior Strategic Planning Executive role is to bridge cultural trends and business objectives into actionable brand strategies and creative briefs.

What You'll Do

Report to Deputy Head of Strategic Planning on strategic deliverables to deliver the client’s marketing / communication objectives

Devise digital / social / influencer / IMC communication plans and able to lead strategic part during pitching process

Confidently consult and grow intern/ junior planners in the team

Hands-on with the research and AI tools to bring the understanding of the market, category and consumers to develop strategic insights

Contribute to new initiatives of AI unitity to maximize efficiency

Drive the creative team and the output with integrated communication plans

Integrate with the agency’s culture - principles and philosophy and apply it in every day work

Who You Are

A bachelors degree with more than 2 years of qualified strategic planning experience. Addition of 0.5-1 year of same position is preferred

Have experience working in influencer/ social projects is the plus

Someone who loves challenges and committed to exploring, gathering, and defining the insights

Has a strong logical and creative mindset to come with strategic plans & creative inspiration

Has a good command over English and with strong interpersonal skills

A team-player, highly motivated, and committed
