Quality Engineer (Transportation)

Your tasks

• Set standards for vehicle inspection and delivery together with customers.
• Find causes and prevent claims from customers, including developing vehicle inspection skills for drivers.
• Training and Re-Training Drivers about operate new car models and check points.
• Investigate Drivers in case miss operation and or customers complains.
• Audit Driver performance, parking yards, Loading yards and Trucks by weekly/Monthly.
• Survey routes and assess risks then submitted to customers.
• Clarify the inspection standard with customers to prevent any problems not relate with Transportation operation.
• Other ad-hoc assignment by superior

-กำหนดมาตรฐานการตรวจสภาพรถยนต์และการส่งมอบรถร่วมกับลูกค้า -วิเคราะห์สาเหตุและหาแนวทางป้องกันปัญหาข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า รวมถึงพัฒนาทักษะการตรวจสภาพรถของพนักงานขับรถ -อบรมและทบทวนการอบรมพนักงานขับรถเกี่ยวกับรถยนต์รุ่นใหม่ และจุดสำคัญในการตรวจสอบรถ -สอบสวนและตรวจสอบกรณีการปฏิบัติงานผิดพลาดของพนักงานขับรถ หรือกรณีที่ได้รับข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า -ตรวจติดตามและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานขับรถ ลานจอดรถ ลานโหลดรถ และรถบรรทุก เป็นประจำรายสัปดาห์/รายเดือน -สำรวจเส้นทางการขนส่ง ประเมินความเสี่ยง และจัดทำรายงานเสนอให้ลูกค้า -ชี้แจงและทำความเข้าใจมาตรฐานการตรวจสภาพรถร่วมกับลูกค้า เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่ง -ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Requirements

1. Male , Age 25-40 years.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher. (Engineer , Logistics, Management or other Related)
3. Good command of English Can listen, speak.
4. Good computer skill MS office (Excel ,Power point, Word)
5. Knowledge of ISO 9001.
6. Good management and coordination skills.
