We are seeking a quantity surveyor responsible for preparing quantity takeoffs and bills of quantities (BOQ). The candidate will work closely with the project team to ensure accurate cost estimation and budgeting. Responsibilities include measuring quantities from drawings, preparing detailed BOQs, and coordinating with procurement and construction teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience in quantity surveying.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Proficiency in preparing BOQs and quantity takeoffs.

Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant software tools.
