Are you our new Apple Service Engineer?

Apple starts at Amac! At Amac, you can start without experience and quickly grow into an Apple Service Engineer. You will learn from your colleagues, directly from Apple and through the Amac Academy. Step by step, you will become a specialist in repairing Apple products and helping customers. What you will do

You are the first point of contact for customers with questions about their iPhone, iPad or MacBook. You listen carefully, think proactively and help them find the right solution. From diagnosing issues to carrying out repairs, you make sure customers leave with a smile and a device that works like new. With new challenges every day, you quickly build your skills and gain valuable experience.

• You diagnose issues with iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and other Apple products.
• You replace screens, batteries and other components according to Apple standards.
• You help customers understand their repair options, provide clear repair quotes and manage expectations.
• You keep track of repair statuses, administration and inventory.
• You proactively identify opportunities to make processes smarter and more efficient.
• You continuously develop your technical knowledge and repair skills through training from Apple and the Amac Academy.
• You share your expertise with colleagues, help each other grow and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Why you would want to work here
