This role will include: Building and nurturing new client relationships Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial phone screening to contract negotiations Creating business strategies to meet client needs and secure sales Identifying and generating potential leads Conducting post-recruitment follow-ups with clients and candidates Delivering excellent customer service and establishing strong rapport with clients and candidates

What are we looking for?
