Quality Assurance Supervisor (Chachoengsao)

1. Supervise and control QA activities for incoming, In-process, and outgoing inspection processes, including Laboratory testing.
2. Ensure that all QA staff (QA Incoming, QA Officer, and QA Inspector) are well trained.
3. Ensure that all QA documents are up to date and comply with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, customer requirements, and ALPLA standards.
4. Coordinate with other departments and discuss quality matters that need special attention.
5. Provide quality testing/evaluation results of trials and their related documentation to ensure proper execution.
6. Create reports, and attend and discuss quality issues during Quality Meetings, Daily Meetings, and Monthly meetings.
7. Monitor and control the issuance of Corrective and Preventive Action Reports.
8. Ensure that all inspection tools, jigs, and equipment are in proper condition, calibrated, and have undergone preventive maintenance.
9. Support the Q representative in handling quality relevant customer questions and complaints
10. Periodically evaluate gauges R&R to ensure the accuracy of the measurement system
11. Maintain good housekeeping of in-process workstations through the conduct of at least the basic 5S daily or as the need arises.
12. Other tasks assigned by supervisors /manager

Note: Can work location in the prachinburi plant (304) from 3 months onwards and work at the Chachoengsao plant, TFD2 industrial estate.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering Course or related courses in the field of Science (Biology, Chemistry, Food science, Microbiology) 3-4 Years' progressively responsible experience in supervising quality assurance/ quality control. Experience and background in ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, 5S and Safety are needed. Experience and background in the implementation of quality plans, work instructions, procedural manuals and other quality documents in a manufacturing industry. Experience in process control and product control. Good command of English (Spoken and written).
