Facility Technician

1. Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Wastewater Treatment and mechanical systems.
2. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
3. Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond to repair requests.
4. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
5. Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.
6. Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
7. Support office setup, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.

Qualifications: Male age between 21 - 23 Years Old. Diploma in Electric Power, Mechatronics or other fields related. 1–2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance Knowledge of 115 kV / 22 kV electrical systems and substation operations. Ability to use electrical testing and maintenance tools Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
