Dynamics 365 System Administrator

About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Dynamics 365 system administrator to join our Dubai-based IT team. In this role, you will manage, configure, and optimize our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to support end-users, implement enhancements, and maintain seamless integrations with other systems.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and infrastructure

Perform system administration tasks including user provisioning, role and security management

Apply updates, patches, and version upgrades to Dynamics 365 environments

Configure and support Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Manage SQL Server databases, perform backups, restores, and optimize queries

Troubleshoot application and database issues, providing timely resolution

Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

2–5 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments

Strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement)

Experience administering Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Proficient in SQL Server administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

Solid understanding of IT administration practices including security, backup/restore, and user management

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with business stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

Microsoft certifications such as MB-200, MB-210, or PL-200

Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services and third-party APIs

Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management best practices

Knowledge of Power BI report development

Previous experience working in the Middle East or multicultural environments
