Digital Project Manager

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced digital project manager based in Riyadh to lead and deliver strategic digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in DevSecOps, proven non-technical project management expertise, and 7–10 years of experience driving complex digital programs to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

Coordinate DevSecOps engineering teams to design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines

Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements

Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field

7–10 years of proven experience managing digital transformation projects

Hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools, processes, and security best practices

Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks for large-scale digital programs

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred

Preferred qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Experience working in government, healthcare, or large enterprise environments in Saudi Arabia or the GCC

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architectures

Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards related to data privacy and cybersecurity

Advanced certifications in DevSecOps or cloud security (e.g., AWS Certified Security, Certified DevSecOps Professional)
