Sourcing & Purchasing Operations Manage daily purchasing requests (PRs) from various departments and issue purchase orders (POs) in a timely manner.
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials, spare parts, office supplies, and operational equipment.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve maximum cost savings without compromising quality.
- Vendor Management & Relations
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
Evaluate supplier performance continuously based on quality, delivery speed, price, and reliability.
Resolve supplier issues regarding damaged goods, delayed shipments, or invoice discrepancies.
- Logistics & Inventory Coordination
Track shipments and liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse management to verify received goods against purchase orders and specifications.
Monitor stock levels to identify reorder points and prevent supply chain shortages or overstocking.
- Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, purchasing histories, and supplier databases.
Prepare purchasing reports, cost-benefit analyses, and price trend documentation for management.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and budgetary guidelines
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
Advanced negotiation, strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), financial acumen, and strategic sourcing strategy.
