Maintenance Manager(Food Processing)
Lead, plan, and supervise all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across production lines, utilities, and facilities
Manage and develop the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, and utilities technicians), including shift scheduling and performance management
Develop and execute the annual preventive maintenance plan and CMMS-based work order system
Minimize unplanned downtime; track and report KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance cost per ton)
Manage maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and critical spares strategy
Oversee utilities: boilers, compressors, water treatment, and steam systems
Ensure all maintenance work complies with food safety (FSSC 22000/IFS), hygienic engineering standards, and HSE requirements (ISO 45001)
Coordinate with production and quality teams on line changeovers, installations, and shutdown planning
Manage external contractors and equipment suppliers; lead installation and commissioning of new machinery
Support energy efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives (ISO 14001)
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
10+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role — food and beverage industry experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of canning/filling lines, seamers, retorts/sterilizers, and boilers is a plus
Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance systems and CMMS software
Solid understanding of PLC-based automation and industrial electrical systems
Familiarity with food safety requirements for maintenance (lubricants, hygienic design, glass/metal control)
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
Good command of English; proficiency in MS Office/Excel
