We are hiring a Tender Specialist (Female) to join our pharmaceutical and medical supplies export team.

Location: Sheraton, El Nozha, Cairo

Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply

What you’ll do:

Manage and follow up on tenders and bids

Prepare and submit tender documents accurately and on time

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams

Organize and maintain reports using Excel

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or Science

Strong computer skills, especially Excel

Very good English skills (reading & writing)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Candidates living near Sheraton, El Nozha are preferred

Applicants must have good English communication skills and be proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
