QA Engineer (Supplier)

1. Ensure the quality of the incoming (receiving) process.
2. Ensure supplier quality for new model launches, including PPAP, PCR, and ECI processes.
3. Control supplier quality for both products and processes, and investigate root causes of quality issues using the 8D methodology.
4. Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to lead effective problem-solving activities.
5. Drive proactive quality control initiatives, supplier improvement, and performance monitoring.
6. Provide training and develop the capabilities of inspectors and suppliers.
7. Conduct on-site visits (Go & See) at local and global suppliers for audits and issue investigation.

Qualifications: Male or Female, aged 25–30 years old. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field. Experience in quality for Japanese automotive parts is preferred. Able to read technical drawings and use basic measuring tools and equipment. Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP). Experience in supplier process audits, SPTT audits, and special process audits is an advantage. Experience in casting processes, production, and quality requirements. Able to work under high pressure and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills in quality.
