About the job

Coordinates and supervises activities related to plant/clusters, RDS's (Remote Degassing Station), RMS's (Remote Manifold Stations), Gas CSs (Compression Stations). Supervise the implementation of predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance, modification, and major shutdown maintenance.

Key accountabilities

Supervise the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective field facilities activities related to the installation of oil/gas production and injection, water/CO2 injection process facilities equipment, as applicable.

Coordinate with drilling department for handover/takeover of wells location and provide rig route.

Supervise and control the activities of assigned personnel in the asset to ensure a safe working environment and exercise efficient and optimum operational manner.

Ensure and monitor material and stock items for timely inspection and the delivery of operations inventory material.

Check and monitor the quality of maintenance activities carried out in wellhead and other equipment in the asset.

Ensure compliance to the operations and injection requirements of the asset whilst achieving optimum oil and gas production levels in addition to the planned shutdown activities.

Qualifications, experience, knowledge & skills

Minimum qualification

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.

Minimum experience & knowledge & skills

8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in the oil and gas industry.
