*Area Sales Manager*

Active Homes is a leading Edmonton home builder with over 20 years of experience and a reputation for quality homes, thoughtful design, and a strong customer experience. We build throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities, offering both customizable and quick-possession homes.

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team and represent Active Homes in our show homes across the Edmonton region.

*The Role*

You will manage the full home sales process, from the initial customer visit through purchase and possession. We are looking for a motivated, tenacious salesperson with a strong sense of urgency who takes ownership of their customers, follows through consistently, and is committed to helping buyers make confident decisions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and qualify customers in our show homes
• Present homes, floor plans, features, pricing and communities
• Manage leads, follow-up and the complete sales process
• Prepare and complete purchase agreements
• Build relationships with realtors and referral partners
• Generate leads through networking, social media and other outreach
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales records
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Keep show homes professional, clean and fully operational
• Stay current on market conditions, inventory, pricing and competition

Qualifications

• Previous new-home sales experience is required
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong sense of urgency, persistence and tenacity
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiating skills
• Excellent follow-up, organization and time-management skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Knowledge of the Edmonton residential real estate market
• Understanding of residential construction and floor plans
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Full-time position. Weekend and evening availability required.
