BIM/CAD Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage BIM models for architectural projects. Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are properly implemented. Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes. Attend coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support. Maintain model accuracy throughout design and construction stages. Prepare BIM-related documentation and reports as required. Requirements: Strong proficiency in BIM software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks). Solid understanding of architectural design and construction processes. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working on medium to large-scale projects is preferred.
