work 3 days, rest 2 days, work 2 days, rest 3 days @ Woodland night shift from 7:30 p.m. to 7:45 a.m. only Job Scope: Lead daily production on an assigned line: assign tasks, run shift briefings and handovers Make sure team members are trained before assigning them to machines or tasks Monitor safety, quality and output, and escalate issues to Engineering, Quality or Planning Check production records and shift documents Coach and train junior operators on safe, correct work practices Drive small improvement projects on the line Help hands-on when needed: machine set-up, operation, labelling, packing and material handling
