We’re recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer to join an established technology business in Farnborough. This is a varied, hands-on role covering technical troubleshooting, hardware, software, networking, cloud and security , with regular customer interaction. You’ll be responsible for: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues Supporting hardware, software and network systems Speaking directly with customers and providing clear updates Escalating critical issues where required Supporting new and existing technical projects Working closely with Customer Service and Field teams Maintaining technical documentation We’re looking for someone with experience in Technical Support, 2nd Line Support, Infrastructure Support or Systems Support , ideally with exposure to areas such as: Windows / Windows Server Microsoft 365 / Azure Networking / TCP/IP VMware Hardware and infrastructure Cloud and security technologies You’ll need strong troubleshooting and communication skills, be comfortable working independently and able to manage multiple priorities.
