Your tasks
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining good service standards
- Attend to guest requests and feedback professionally
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Assist with cashiering, opening and closing duties
- Perform other service-related duties when assigned by Manager
Requirements
- Best with working experience in a restaurant, hospitality management and/or other related fields
- Friendly, service oriented and comfortable when interacting with customers
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well in a team
